Metal Gear Solid V (Icons Pack)
Metal Gear Solid V - Ground Zeroes
Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes (Japanese: メタルギアソリッドVグラウンドゼロズ Hepburn: Metaru Gia Soriddo Faibu Guraundo Zerozu) is an action-adventure stealth game developed by Kojima Productions, produced by Konami, released for Playstation 3, Playstation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One and planned for release on Steam. It is part of a sub-series of prequels in the Metal Gear series, taking place after Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker. Ground Zeroes stands alone as the first part of Metal Gear Solid V, acting as the prologue for the upcoming Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain. The game follows Big Boss as he infiltrates a fictional American black site in Cuba called Camp Omega, attempting to rescue Cipher agent Paz Ortega Andrade and Sandinista child soldier Ricardo "Chico" Valenciano Libre.
The game offers players new methods of sneaking and traversal methods
as well as the choice in what order the story events take place by
selecting missions in any order they like. The game was originally set
to be released alongside The Phantom Pain but an extended development time resulted in director Hideo Kojima splitting the project in two parts so that players will get an early access to Metal Gear Solid V.
Critical reception to the game has been generally positive with praise
aimed towards its mechanics, voice-acting, story, and graphics, with
criticism aimed towards its short length.
Metal Gear Solid V - The Phantom Pain
Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain (Japanese: メタルギアソリッドV ザ・ファントム・ペイン Hepburn: Metaru Gia Soriddo Faibu Za Fantomu Pein) is an upcoming open world action-adventure stealth video game developed by Kojima Productions and directed, co-produced and co-written by Hideo Kojima, currently in development for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One. The game will serve as a continuation of the events of Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes, and will carry over the same tagline of Tactical Espionage Operations first used in Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker. The game follows the mercenary leader Venom Snake as he ventures into Africa and Afghanistan during the Soviet war to exact revenge on the people who destroyed his forces during the events of Ground Zeroes.
Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain is a separated composite of two previously announced Kojima Productions projects, the both of which formed a complex deception. The first was Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes, originally revealed in a Fox Engine tech demo shown at the Metal Gear 25th Anniversary Party on August 30, 2012. The second was The Phantom Pain, a trailer at the Spike TV Video Game Awards on December 7, 2012, presented as an original title by fictional developer Moby Dick Studios, with the Metal Gear Solid V logo virtually obscured. On March 27, 2013, the true nature of these two projects was revealed at the Game Developers Conference, where Kojima announced that Ground Zeroes serves as a prologue to The Phantom Pain and these two titles form one combined work, to be released separately.

Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel! (Icon Pack)
Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel! is a first-person shooter video game developed by 2K Australia, with assistance from Gearbox Software and published by 2K Games. It is the third game in the Borderlands series, serving as an interquel between the original Borderlands released in 2009 and its 2012 sequel Borderlands 2. It was released for Microsoft Windows, OS X, Linux/Steam OS, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 on 14 October 2014.
The rumored existence of the game was first reported on 7 April 2014,
and it was officially announced two days later on 9 April 2014. The storyline of The Pre-Sequel focus on four playable characters—all of whom were NPCs or enemies in previous Borderlands games, working as henchmen for Handsome Jack, the antagonist of Borderlands 2.
The plot follows Handsome Jack's descent into villainy, focusing on his
escape and capture of the Hyperion company's base on Pandora's moon
Elpis. The game expands upon the engine and gameplay of Borderlands 2 and introduced new gameplay mechanics, including low-gravity environments, freeze weapons, and oxygen tanks, which are used to navigate environments and perform special attacks.
The Pre-Sequel received mixed to positive reviews; while
praised for its new gameplay features, maintaining the trademark humour
and style of previous entries in the Borderlands series, and for appealing to long-time fans of the franchise, the game was characterized by some as an expansion pack for Borderlands 2 that did not provide many significant deviations from the core mechanics of its predecessor.
